Die-set embedded sensors allow for precise monitoring of
the forging machine's operation.

developed resistant and durable sensors that withstand the
environment of forging presses.

Vibration sensors - even the smallest movements of the die-set can be detected to determine the condition and set-up the die-set properly.


Strain gauges - monitoring of the strain within the die-set during forging. We have developed our strain gauges that can withstand the rough conditions of forging.


Temperature sensors - monitoring of the temperature to increase the accuracy of the analyses.

Mouflon co-operates with the online interface of 4dot
application. The monitoring unit collects data from
various sensors on the machine. It pre-processes the data, encrypts the data
and sends it to the 4dot application where it is processed
and visualized based on the level of the 4dot Monitoring.
