The sixty-first edition of the International Engineering Fair once again defended its position as the most important industrial event in Central Europe. Traditionally, more than one thousand five hundred exhibitors and eighty thousand visitors gathered under the roof of the Brno Exhibition Centre to celebrate human work and creativity.
This year, the main theme of the fair brought together experts and laymen sharing a vision of the digital future. Visitors came to the exhibition of innovative manufacturing processes to see the Digital Factory 2.0 stand, where they found all key areas of the mechanical and electrical engineering industry represented.
The Digital Factory was a great opportunity for us to show the public the benefits and effectiveness of Monitoring 4dot. During the fair we made a lot of interesting contacts with the prospect of future cooperation and handed out heaps of business cards. First and foremost, however, we did not come to the fair to get acquainted, but to exhibit. We contributed to the general discussion of smart Industry 4.0 solutions with the Chipmunk monitoring unit, which we entered in the MSV 2019 Gold Medal competition.
Our participation at the fair did not escape the press either. For example, Hospodářské noviny, Sci-line or Technicky tydenik published an article about Chipmunk. Although we did not win the medal, we did, however, win the title of a competitive start-up.
